Application Procedure

STEP-I. Please keep the following things ready at your disposal for your convenience:

• Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination (for proof of date of birth)
• Admit Card of Higher Secondary (or equivalent) Examination;
• Mark-sheet of Higher Secondary (or equivalent) Examination;
• Caste/tribe/disability certificate from competent authority (if any);
• Registration Certificate from Calcutta University (if you are previously enrolled at another college and got registered under the University of Calcutta);
• Transfer Certificate from the previous college (if you are previously enrolled at another college and got registered under the University of Calcutta);
• One recent passport size colour photograph;
• Your signature on white sheet of paper.

STEP-II. Fill all the required fields in the form online very carefully.

STEP-III. Upload the following documents at respective places:

• Scanned image of the Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination (for proof of date of birth);
• Scanned image of the Admit Card of Higher Secondary (or equivalent) Examination;
• Scanned image of the Mark-sheet of Higher Secondary (or equivalent) Examination;
• Scanned image of the caste/tribe/disability certificate from competent authority (if any);
• Scanned image of the Registration certificate from Calcutta University (if you are previously enrolled at another college and got registered under the University of Calcutta);
• Scanned image of the Transfer Certificate from the previous college (if you are previously enrolled at another college);
• Scanned image of one recent passport size colour photograph;
• Scanned image of your signature on white sheet of paper.

STEP-IV. Re-check the filled-in data and edit/make changes if needed.

STEP-V. Press the SUBMIT button. You will be taken to the payment gateway.

STEP-VI. Pay the requisite fees for the application only through the online payment gateway on the website by using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.

STEP-VII. Get the filled-in Application Form printed and take note of the Unique Application ID.

STEP-VIII. Wait for the publication of Merit List (Check Important Dates).
