  3. Follow step by step instruction for online form fill-up & submission
  4. After Online payment submission of Print Acknowledgement clip>
  5. Please Login & then "Print Document" show "Payment Status"---Active, then "Form"---PRINT.
  6. NO SUBMISSION OF PRINTOUT / FEE AT THE COLLEGE BEFORE PUBLICATION OF MERIT LIST
  7. After the Merit List is published the selected candidates must come with PRINTOUT(s) of the Form(s) and all documents (both Original & Xerox) for admission
